M. , at that point, the entire bay area region will be under that warning, the National WeatherService Today also upgraded its high wind watch to a high wind advisory, starting at 4 00 p. M. It triggered evacuations in the area. Earlier flames were racing across trees and dry brush on the steel hipside. Firefighting planes dropped water on the fires. No word on which building is burning here, but we know this is an Industrial Area about a block or so away from the South San Francisco fire station.
