The point of no return. We are about 15 miles north of the small town of course can na, texas for about a 30mile stretch. You can see the trouble this is causing in this area here. Its back towards the north, where traffic is backed up for miles and miles. So a large part of the interstate here, victor, is covered by water. In the last 24 hours, there has been 16 inches of rain that has fallen. The rain is expected to continues most of the morning. Its not exactly here when the interstate here connects dallas with houston is going to reopen. That is, of course, of great concern. We have been speaking with emergency officials throughout the night. They say some homes have taken on some water.
