live where you live, this is abc7 news. the city of philadelphia finally has a super bowl champion! the bay area s zach ertz making one of the most important play of the night, helping the eagles win super bowl lii. you are looking at the scene inside a philadelphia bar during the final moments of super bowl lii, when the underdog, the philadelphia eagles beat the new england patriots. generations waited for tonight s celebration. this marking the team s first ever super bowl championship. way overdo! we got it! eagles! this is for everybody since 1960, and we have not had an eagles championship in this city. a similar scene erupted in the streets of philly with fans wearing eagles green hugging friends and strangers, and overturned cars but for the most part the celebration has been loud and rowdy, but peaceful, it is philly. a danville native made tonight s winning touchdown, and mike shumann joins us with that and all the moments that made super bowl history.
reporter: gre the latest developments in the seth williams corruption trial. today a star witness from the philadelphia police department took the stand. he is key testimony that he says just didn t feel right. nbc 10 was inside the courtroom when the trial entered the second week. reporter: that witness deputy police commissioner joseph sullivan. he says he was pressed by williams to get special treatment to a friend of williams. he testified this morning but spending most of the day on the stand the philadelphia bar owner that testified he gave seth williams and trips and a jaguar for special favors. he told the jury seth williams got him a special badge to make him an adviser in the district attorney s office and wrote letters on his behalf. he took a plooe deal that had him escaping jail time. when it came to other penalties he sought the help of district attorney seth williams. williams according to prosecutors got trips to the west coast, vegas and at least thre
