People have started waking up this morning and coming to see the crime scene that is still somewhat active this morning. There actually some apartment buildings just above the businesses here on 24th street. A couple of people have come outside of their homes this morning. A surprise, of course to see the crime scene tape around this area. You can see what appears to be a bullet hole in one of the windows. This is a hair styling salon on 24 street. That appears to be a bullet hole. We will take you to video of what the scene looks like earlier this morning and tell you exactly what we know so far. Officers found a man shot on 24 street here.
