And today we learned alameda and contra costa counties are in the process of deciding when phase 2 will start Alameda County says it anticipates moving into earlystage to next week. Contra costa county will decide on monday so while San Francisco marin and san mateo counties are starting face to monday for now contra costa and alameda counties are holding back.
