Representatives of disease groups know more about the diseases than anybody else. They have worked so hard to try to understand whats at stake. Pressing the government to be as flexible as possible. I think its important for the infrastructure for the 21st century cures. I want to say i would be a little cautious about thinking we can solve big problems with legislation with all the unforeseen consequences that can sit inn at a panel here ten years from now and bemoan.
