identified. police say 68-year old roger stephenson was hit and killed while walking across dixie highway near covington catholic school. stephenson was pronounced dead at the scene. investigators later announced that he was not in a crosswalk at the time of that accident. this area is used for a bus stop, so it s possible he was trying to get to the bus stop. but like i said, the driver of the vehicle is cooperating with us, and we don t see any, at this time, criminal action. the driver was treated for minor injuries after the incident. a major fight at northgate mall custody. colerain police say a hundred kids were inolved in the fight last night. it started around 8 at a nearby mcdonalds and made it s way over to the mall before heading down colerain avenue. it spilled out into the parking lot of the mall,and down the street there is a taco bell and a burger king and it continued down there. it s been the situation where they walked all the way down colerain aven ....
