　　截至2020年末，中国平安保险资金投资组合规模达3.74万亿元，较年初增长16.6%，总投资收益1996.36亿元。其在不动产以及与不动产关联的物业、债和股票等方面的投资金额占其保险资金总规模的7.5%左右，相较监管规定允许的30%的投资比例上限存在一定空间。
