I think the challenge we have now is having enough, year over year, because theres way more than the 950,000 that we have available. So i want to be clear the analysis is not connected to the actual pipeline that is existing now. Its based on the past and tends to be a long term forward look assuming the citys economy is as favorable as its been over the past 20 years for office. And to the extent that we bump into the prop m limit, the impact of projects being infeasible above that limit or rendered infeasible by this increase would not have any impact. They would simply be punted into the next year or at some future point when

One of several housing bills approved by the state Legislature Earlier this month. This bill, sponsored by senators , mandates many elements in the planning process and forces by right approval for many projects. It has been amended many times. I have given up on trying to read it, and understand it. Your work here looks like, you know, planning for dummies, so clear, so understandable when compared to the state legislature and the bills. Hi, im the Community Housing Public Policy and i work with former Homeless People in support of. We provide a portal housing and help those residents residents achieve selfsufficiency. These update fees would generate 500 million towards 2,000 new units in ten years. 10 of those funds would go to the acquisition and preservation of existing Affordable Housing and 30 would go to building new Supportive Housing. Homeless people who are no longer needing supportive intervention also need next step housing that is deeply affordable to thrive once stabilized on the recovery path from homeless trauma.
