Closures announced on US 13, Route 1 for bridge inspection

The Delaware Department of Transportation announced its contractor, Pennoni, will inspect the bridge over U.S. Highway 13 during the week of April 12, requiring daytime and nighttime lane closures.
From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 12, there will be alternating single right and left lane closures on U.S. 13 northbound between Blackbird Forest Road and Anchor Inn Road.
From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 13, there will be alternating single right and left lane closures on U.S. 13 southbound between Anchor Inn Road and Blackbird Forest Road.
From 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. April 14-15, there will be alternating single right lane closures on Route 1 southbound and single left lane closure on Route 1 northbound between Exit 136/Route 299 Odessa/Middletown and Exit 119/U.S. 13 Smyrna.
