interviews on plans to move the city forward. good thursday morning and thank you for joining us. questions raised about the pg&e authority to operate. two san francisco supervisors calling on governor gavin newsom to withhold the utilities safety certification. we have the details and will this go anywhere? reporter: it is really too early to tell but this move hopes to in the long run replace pg&e with another utility company but it still has a long way to go. that being said supervisors are proposing a resolution to the san francisco board of supervisors which would withhold the pg&e safety certificate. that authorization allows pg&e to use ratepayer funds to pay for the recent role of wildfires that have killed dozens of people causing billions of dollars of damage. the proposed resolution will ask the governor to revoke what they call the pg&e license to burn. if approved that would replace pg&e. we spoke with the environmental group that supports the move. it
