One witness told us the driver of the truck first went to a nearby boat launch before this accident, but didnt want to pay the 10 fee to launch his jet ski there so he came over here and tried to put it in here. Freak accident is exactly the right term. Just an incredible series of events involving a train, a car, a jet ski and a woman on an inflatable raft.
