Coast guard notified Charles County about the missing boaters at 3 00 this morning. The coast guard had been searching already since 11 00 last night when the 911 call was first made. The couple, Charles Zintner and melissa smarr, were supposed to arrive at 5 00 yesterday afternoon. Charles county responded and found a boat anchored and left running with the radio on. Crews also found a cell phone food, and a purse. Neighbors say they left tuesday night to go boating. What is really concerning authorities is that there were two like this found on the boat.
