The suspect raised his weapon towards the officer and pulled the trigger. The officer fired on the suspect and backed away from the theater. Wright says his wife shared he was being treated for flulike symptoms. Marin health and Human Services was notified tuesday. Philips autopsy revealed he had meningitis.
