Family deals with the unthinkable after that horrific accident around this time yesterday morning at the bay bridge toll plaza. Si si han worked as a toll booth collector for a decade. Just minutes after she started her history yesterday morning, a suspected drunk driver crashed into her booth. The State Capitol lowered its flag to halfstaff in her honor.
