Beginning tomorrow, a task force will begin investigating complaints and businesses that do not comply could face 3000 funds. Our reporter here now with more on how this will work. This new Compliance Team will persist the people who already work for the county but in a different capacity. It will not be comprised of any law enforcement. This is something that is aimed solely at businesses that continue to flout the law by not adhering to things like mask rules and social distancing. Even in some cases, operating illegally. The loss of a family of 4 killed in a fiery crash last night. Investigators say the parents and their 2 kids were traveling on foothill road when their electric car somehow crashed into a tree and caught fire. Were still waiting on authorities to identify the 4 people killed. But folks who knew the family have been stopping by the crash site in pleasanton all day and all night paying their respects. Kron 4 Sarah Stinson reports. People continue to drop off flowers here on foothill road where a mom dad and their 2 kids died in a car crash. Neighbors of the family say they were headed home from a friends house when the crash happened. Its sad and tragic.
