He will talk about each instrument’s history, construction and technique, and will perform a short piece on each instrument. The free recording can be viewed from noon Thursday, Feb. 4, to 5 p.m. Feb. 17. The multi-instrumentalist/composer received his M.A. in classical guitar performance at the University of Denver, Lamont School of Music. He has been a private music instructor for over 25 years and has been on the faculty of the University of Southern Maine, St. Joseph’s College, Maine College of Art and the Portland Conservatory of Music. ....
