One reason might be a note from Goldman Sachs that came out this morning suggesting that oil could not will, but could fall as low as 20 per barrel saying, the oil market is even more oversupplied than we had expected and the potential for oil prices to fall to such levels which we estimate near 20 a barrel is becoming greater as oil storage continues to fill.
