I ask you to keep the Community Rule for ten years and look at the example of 21st and folsom. Right now nobody cares about that field, nobody. They dont rent it, they dont go over there. Look into that and i bet you the day they fix it, that were going to have the same problem that we have right now with Mission Playground. Just some advice, ai ....
