Emergency responders rescued this woman stranded in her car. There was also campers and trailers washed by the river sent. Plenty of people out assessing the scene for themselves looking to help and check high water. There is help out here if you do live in the decorah area. Stone ridge church is the primary shelter. The Salvation Army is providing food service and clean up. Emergency management asks people to stay off the roads do not do any unnecessary driving because a lot of roads look like the one im standing in front of.
