The clouds were not at sfo yesterday but there today with plenty to go around and much cooler. 8 degrees with fairfield minus 7 and san jose off by 6, and cooler for most, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s with that fog bank. The onshore breeze returned and hardly any breeze at all over the last two days but now back along with that figure fog bank. The wind is there compared to 8 miles an hour yesterday and the high said the corners allowing the door to open for 50s and 60s, low 50s for some. Calistoga at 52 and low 50s around hills bury as well. Cooler to start off with higher clouds yesterday in fewer with most pushing to the east southeast but that high will be back tomorrow but not today with 60s, 70s, mainly upper 80s and low 90s. Yesterday, well, yesterday was kind of strange, right . A lightning delay in san jose, our coworkers saw some rain, but it was lovely where i was. [ laughter ] yeah, it was mainly focused down to the south bay as we forecasted. And more of that activity through the Central Coast this morning and today, a bit of a different story, although we are starting out with dense fog blanketing the bay bridge. Be careful with changes in visibility as you head out the door. San jose waking up to a bit chillier conditions and some cloud cover in the south bay. That visibility is a concern right now, mainly forming in the north bay. Navoto, santa rosa, less than half a mile of visibility. So be careful with changing conditions. Less of the cloud cover as we go into the middle of the day. Along the water, low to upper 80s for the inland valleys. Well h
Citys mayor and the district attorney. First of the death tell toll unimaginable. An earthquake in morocco with heartbreak fouled in the bay area. The news at 11 00 starts right now and thank you for joining us. We begin with the earthquake that has left part of morocco in ruins. The quake hit the north african country late last night in the death toll has climbed fast. More than 2000 people are dead and nearly as many are injured. Surveillance captured the hit. This has quickly become the deadliest earthquake morocco has suffered more than six decades. Now survivors are speaking out pleading for help. This is one of the poorest areas in the city and those people need help like food and water and blankets. Throwback search and rescue teams are mobilized to find any survivors. Morocco has declared three days of national mourning. The effects of the quake are being felt here in the bay area. Locals from morocco have been trying to get in touch with loved ones.
