creating some concern at a dam in upstate new york, a story that s developing right now. the gillboa dam is on a reservoir part of a new york city water system and this afternoon, officials say they lost all communications with the devices that monitor that dam. so, they began advising people downstream to move to higher ground. there was so much water, but some people were apparently trapped at a hotel. and they couldn t move. and katherine underwood is a reporter with wxxatv, fox 23 in albany and visited that dam earlier and katherine, what happened? well, shepard, we were at the dam this morning, and meeting with our governor cuomo, he was concerned that something happened, you know, with the minor earthquake yesterday. and what happened was, we were travelling to get back to albany, where we are, so you have an idea is about an hour southwest of albany, and we couldn t get anywhere. the roads here were flooded and at this point, we are in a complete evacuation are ....
