Our sources say that the grand jury will be meeting on monday as they reach a vote on whether charges will be filed. To be certain, nobody knows when that grand jury decision will come except for the grand jury themselves. Now, this comes as folks across the region are anxiously waiting that decision and this what if game that is going on really just adds to that level thats there. What folks at home are worried about as well as police and officials is will they see that same kind of violent unrest that we saw back in august. Police say that they are preparing for that possibility but they dont believe that that will be the case this time around. And really the last two months, most of the protests weve seen, they have been almost entirely peaceful, passionate and loud but no major violence.
