Raw butter sold, food residue found, more: Lebanon County restaurant inspections

The following Lebanon County restaurants were found to have violated Pennsylvania’s health and safety regulations during inspections between Feb. 14-20.
Inspections are overseen by the Department of Agriculture. The department notes that in many cases violations are corrected by the restaurant before inspectors leave.

Violations: Observed a wiping cloth by the slicer not stored in sanitizer solution of the correct concentration. Observed clean food equipment in hot food prep area, stored wet in a manner that does not allow for draining and/or air drying (wet nesting).

Large sheet trays, a food contact surface, was observed to have food residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Correcting.
