We had a couple nasty accidents, one big one in the overnight hours involving an overturned tanker truck that was hauling fuel and the action cam was on the scene. A lost crews responded to this in cherry hill, 295 past 73. They have reopened all southbound lanes on 295. The Left Shoulder still blocked northbound and this is a mess in the overnight hours. You see how many crews were out there. The overturned tacker truck carrying fuel, it was heating oil that wasnt a big problem there in Burlington County. Looking better right now with just northbound the Left Shoulder being blocked. On the big picture. In the wynnefield section of the city a water main break from last night still causing problem. 57 street is blocked so stick to 59th or 54th. Traffic lights out in southwest philadelphia. The rain is over us as you just saw but temperatures have tumbled across much of the region and continue to fall in philadelphia as well. If it looks wet on the roads out there look out because you could run into an icy patch. The temperature has dipped all the way to the freezing mark now in philadelphia, so its right around now where some of that leftover water on sidewalks and roadways is going the start to freeze up. The rain from last night is now gone and cloud cover beginning to break up to the north. We do expect any Morning Cloud cover to give way to at least some sun.
