You can do that in a lot of different ways, but one tool that i find to be really easy and effective is counting your breaths. So what you want to do here is count the number of breaths that youre taking. So you say one when youre breathing in and say two when youre breathing out, three when youre breathing in, four when keep going until it feels right. It might be 10 times. It might be 15 times. Well, there are some common warning signs that we like to think of that will give you a clue that maybe its going too far. Okay. So, can you give me some of the warning signs . Sure. The first one is describing fat as a feeling. So, when you hear yourself Say Something like, i feel fat, or even talk about yourself as being too fat, thats a clue that you might be too selfcritical and that your appearance is becoming so important that its affecting the way you feel about yourself.
