Everyones going to have a different view on this, but i think i think there are some very hard lessons ahead for the United States. This would be my view. The first would be that you look at a succession of regional bipartisan administrations, democratic and republican, and you look at the status of certain kinds of negotiations. And then you look at President Trump and you have found that in a lot of circumstances, countries have put more on the table than we would have anticipated. M particularly china.
