The Mariachi Scholarship Foundation's 2023 San Diego International Mariachi Summit Gala Concert features Mariachi Nuevo Tecalitlán "El Mejor Mariachi de Jalisco", San Diego's own world-class Mariachi Champaña Nevin, the San Diego Binational Symphony Orchestra, Ballet Folklórico Internacional and guest student mariachis.
