Now its shifting eastward, walnut creek and san ramone, pockets of heavy rain and larger pockets farther east towards antioch and discovery bay. Right around san mateo, were seeing a line of steady, heavy rain moving on shore, as well. Lets take a look at whats happening in the north bay where the river is Russian River, a Flood Warning has been issued from tomorrow night at 9 30 to monday night at 9 30 and is virtually this entire expanse of the Russian River. So the rain has been heavy there and will continue to be problematic. The next storm is catching up with the current storm, so thing also be messy.
