Chef Judy has opened restaurants before, but opening Riverside Seafood was unlike any other. For Judith Cage, whose Chef Judy persona and multiple Food Network appearances have made the Chicago native and Army veteran a popular figure around Fayetteville, her latest restaurant opening was the scariest.
