Detectives are still not clear why a group of five or six men targeted her. We dont know if it was hate crime, a robbery. We dont know. Reporter police say jenkins was out at 2 30 a. M. Hes said to be in his 30s with a shaved head and ad accent. Thorities say he approached a young 13yearold boy, offered him money if he could help carry his bags.
