Appearance this week. Police say Kenneth Mcdonald shot and killed a valley woman on the freeway. Then was found after he tried to sexually assault a woman at a cvs. Mcdonald was arrested after a 40 minute standoff with police south of the strip. 8 news now reporter nia wong spoke with the victims stepdaughter. She joins us now live near the i15 where the shooting happened. nia wong sharie, police have identified the woman who was shot and killed as tracey donahue.
