Rice from the United StatesHolocaust Memorial museum in washington, d. C. I want to give a little bit of background about dr. Rice. She is director of the division of the Senior Historian at the mendelseph and Morton Center of holocaust studies. She is an expert of the nazi annihilation policies and effort to bring the nazi perpetrators to justice after world war ii. She has a lot of publications. I am going to mention a small number of those for you today.
