Harvey is now a category one storm located 25 miles west of victoria but it blasted ashore near rockport, texas. An extremely powerful category four storm, with reports some buildings there have been heavily damaged. Were starting to see some of those images coming. This is the strongest storm to hit the United States in 13 years.
