The governor detailed or called homelessness the states top issue in the state of the state address two days ago. Today we learned a key component. The governor identified 286 sites that local governments can take over. You are looking at a map showing those properties that newsom says municipalities can lease for just a dollar if the land is used for homeless shelters and services.
