Reporter police say they got a frantic 911 call from a woman who said her exhusband was chasing her here in the parking lot where she worked. Lets take a look at video from that scene. You can see a black pickup truck. The man apparently stopped his truck, confronted the woman in the parking lot. She had a restraining order against him. She told him to leave. Thats when he went pack to the truck, pulled out a gun and started chasing her. Dispatchers heard a shot fired as she was on the call and ran for help. Thats when Police Arrived and cornered him in another office park across the street. They started to talk to him as he stopped for a short period of time, tried to negotiate his surrender. That breaking news is out of louisiana this morning, where four Police Officers have been shot near the Baton Rouge Police headquarters. At least three fatally. Severalthers have been injured. Warriors hall of famer, Nate Thurmond, is being remembered as one of the greatest basketball players of alltime and a man of grace and dignity to all of us here at abc 7. Thurmond was chosen as 1 of the 50 greatest in nba history. He lost his battle with leukemia. He was 74. He joined larry beil as an analyst on after the game.
