Three different agencies were at the scene when the suspect was shot and that the suspect did not return fire. We do not know if he was armed. Neighbors were shaken. And i heard four shots. Bam, bam, bam, bam. And then i heard it again. Bam, bam, bam repeatedly right after it. Reporter and the chp officer was taken to the hospital where hes recovering from minor head injuries and abrasions. Theyre saying the suspect did hit the officer with the car and that is where the suspect is in surgery. Critical condition.
