they say investigators have been working for several days on this case. they have evidence that leads them to believe that stacy aguilar was murdered. she was last seen saturday night at a party between jackson and hay ward. the sergeant would not give any details at this time. only saying they do believe the young woman was murdered. there is no suspects in custody at this point. we re developing a plan to start a search and recovery operation at this point. reporter: they would not tell us when it would take place or where that search will happen. we will stay on this and bring you any updates. the other big news we are following tonight, police in valeho reported a shooting about 4:00 today. four people were sitting in a car that was parked in the driveway of a home when a shooter got out of a maroon sedan and shot all four people in the car. one man died. a nine-year-old child was shot. police did not say what the possible motive was for the shootings. you can sta
