Voting fraud, they say, is nearly impossible to pull off and theyre telling us again and again that you can trust the system. Manatee county supervisor of election mike Manatee County bennett says in josephs case a technical problem caused the machine to belive she has already checked in to vote and on top of that a paper jam kept the machine from spitting out a ballot.
