An nbc producer shot this video on board the train. The passengers could see Union Station and the platforms, but they were not allowed to get off. Ne another o of those passengers was anne thompson. She posted updates throughout the ordeal. Its 1 11 00 a. M. Its still raining and were still stuck. Im told we are just five minutes from Union Station.
