According to polk county, 45 yearold Joseph Flanagan of lakeland escaped on bob Phillips Road in bartow yesterday afternoon around 3 30. Place say flanagan was working in Fleet Maintenance and he this one. Its almost like deja vu for polk county officials. Last month an inmate led them on a manhunt after they say he made a makeshift weapon, kidnapped a corrections officer, and stole this pickup truck.
