An out of Service Elevator can make you not able to leave our place of residence for days along with extreme isolation with many of our tenants without an elevator to help them get up and down the stairs. In time have shared how costly it is and theyve tried to alleviate the negative impacts of having the elevators out of service. As important as it is to have a conversation with those folks its time to implement solutions when and where possibly thats why ive introducing a hearing request to identify possible answers for incentives for Property Owners or local and elective interests to make sure this is a real option for seniors to protect themselves.
