Draw Realistic Dog Portraits – 7 p.m. July 12 via Zoom. Those ages 18 and older will be guided by Christine Thornton, owner and founder of Hello Art Studio, as they learn to produce a likeness of man’s best friend complete with accurate proportions and shading. Artists can draw a dog using a provided photo or by using their own photo for reference. Students can provide their own materials or they can pick up a free kit at Rodman Public Library. Kits include all suggested supplies – pencil, eraser, drawing paper, kneaded eraser, blending stump and darker drawing pencil. Class size is limited to 20 participants, and registration is required at rodmanlibrary.evanced.info/signup or by calling 330-821-2665, Ext. 107. ....
