Proctor, a former mayor pro tem, thanked voters for supporting what she called her “Back to the Basics” platform and pledged to be accountable to her constituents. “I’m excited to join the efforts of the current Council as we continue to work to address the needs of our residents, businesses, and faith community most impacted by the current pandemic while leveling as much support for our city as possible,” she said. ....
