we had some wild swings with a cooldown on wednesday. a good 10-15 degree ramp up on thursday. but we were still below average. still some fog out there but it s more patchy. noticeable holes in it and it won t last long. 50s on the temperatures across the board. the average is 67 degrees. we are looking for a bit of a breeze with temperatures in the 60s, 70s and 80s. northwind at mount diablo, though. let s check the weather, i mean, the and just like the weather, it s quiet so far. i can show you that highway 24 in lafayette is off to a good start with no major issues driving over to the call to cut tunnel. of the shore freeway we have a nice-looking drive heading out to the maze. no major problems. it is quiet at the bay bridge. the new job numbers, met this morning and they are showing that u.s. employers added a lot less jobs last month and in june. what these numbers mean? reporter: it appears that the jobs market losing the momentum and of course you have covid-19

roads a little bit wet and to put some spray on your windshield. this is pushing over to the east and probably getting past us by about 8, 9 o clock this morning but for now a little inconvenient out there. there s the wide view on satellite and radar. a lot of clouds locally and with the rain but you can see that the rain does start to end down by washington right now and then there s some clearing behind it and we are expecting a transition after the rain ends pretty quickly to a mix of clouds and sun and maybe even partly sunny skies. the afternoon looks pretty good today. 57 degrees cool and damp right now in philadelphia. and look at how even the numbers are from north to south. a lot of 56 s and 57 s on the map. as we go through the day we do inch our way up to 62 by noon. the rain is over by then. we re seeing some sun come back and the rest of the afternoon looks pretty good. 69 by 3 o clock. your high is 71. we ll have to wait until about 5 o clock this afternoon to
