we ve been following an accident township. in the last few minutes i got that was happening at yerger road and gerloff road. crews have been out there for the last few hours but that since cleared. 76 at belmont avenue, i m hearing there s construction westbound. the eastbound has cleared. westbound we re seeing construction around belmont avenue. there is a lane restriction. the right-hand lane. it will just cause you to tap your brakes as you go around it and merge into the left-hand lane. it s not taking up much of the road though. 95 drive times around the delaware state line, pennsylvania state line, northbound between naamans road and 476 will take you about six minutes to go in both directions. the latest on a shooting in philadelphia that we first brought you as breaking news at 11:00. it happened on north 2nd street in olney. police say a gunman got out of a car and opened fire, hitting two men and a woman. they re all expected to live. police say it s not clear if
