Ntsb says lowering the limits to 0. 05 is one step to stop drunk drivers and tonight is a debate were hearing already has mixed reviews. Grabbing a drink or two after work is common for some, but recent ntsb recommendations to lower the legal limit could change the amount of alcohol people drink before getting behind the wheel. I dont see any real benefit there. I dont believe it is going to make much difference going from 0. 08 to 0. 05. Flurry exiting wednesday. Jonathan just in, emergency crews are on the scene of an Apartment Fire in evanston. It started in the 1800 block of fairfax avenue, just before 4 00 this morning. When crews arrived, the fire had spread to the attic. Extra crews had to be called in to get the flames under control. We have a crew headed to the scene. Well bring you more as it becomes available.
