The midwest and the eastern seaboard. We are under a wind chill advisory here in the philadelphia area. You can see the whole region shaded in that lighter blue, that cold looking blue. Wind chills will range from five below down the shore to 20 below or colder overnight through the pocono region. Thats where the coldest air will be. Were sitting at zero. It is zero in mount pocono at the moment, 15 in philadelphia, 9 degrees in allentown and 18 in wildwood. Even colder as you head off to the north and west where were subzero in minneapolis des moines and chicago. Buffalo is at 2 degrees at the moment but the winds are still strong. Current winds out of the north and west and these are sustained. These are not gusts. Winds sustained at about 20 Miles Per Hour at the airport, 20s Miles Per Hour in wilmington.
