The game, which matched up two talented, evenly matched teams fighting for supremacy in the Greater Thumb Conference West, featured several lead changes, a tie score at the end of regulation, a final decisive possession and a young Hatchets lineup that showed the poise of a much more experienced squad. Unfortunately for Bad Axe, the Rockets would prevail, 82-80, in overtime. ....
