After staking themselves to a 50-42 lead at halftime, the Warriors held steady in the second half as the Cougars fought to get back in the game. Noah Koth led the Warriors with 24 points, and Will Case was close behind with 22. Mason Brown had 11 points, Ryan Schorno had 8 and Joe Weiss had 5. North Huron head coach Matt Shears said the Warriors had the chance to “knock some of the rust off” on Friday night after being sidelined by the suspension of contact sports in Michigan.
